Returns and Exchanges
bella bliss® will gladly accept exchanges or returns for merchandise that meet the following conditions:
• Only items purchased at www.bellabliss.com or ordered via phone with our customer service representatives are eligible for a return or an exchange.
• MERCHANDISE MUST BE EXCHANGED/RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION AND RECEIVED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT. ORDERS EXCHANGED/RETURNED BEYOND THIS TIME PERIOD WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. BELLA BLISS® RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE WORN OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE.
• When shipping merchandise for an exchange or return, bella bliss® highly recommends using a courier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx which provides a tracking number for your shipment. bella bliss® will not be responsible for any packages lost in transit to our facility and will only assume responsibility once it arrives. If there are any discrepancies with your order, please call us at 1-866-846-5295 ext 6 M-F, 10am - 5pm EST.
• Monogrammed items are NOT returnable unless there has been an error on the part of bella bliss®.
• All returns or exchanges of shoes must be sent to bella bliss® unworn and in the original box.
• Tiered Sales - Sale prices are valid online only. If item(s) are returned, cancelled or exchanged and it brings your merchandise total below the offer’s qualifying level, the offer’s value will be deducted from your refund. Discount cannot be redeemed for cash. Orders shipping outside the U.S. may not be eligible; taxes and duties may apply. Not valid with shipping offers or other offers that provide discounts on your entire order. Offer may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. •
ALL SALE MERCHANDISE CAN ONLY BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED FOR BELLA BLISS ACCOUNT CREDIT ONLY, UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
OUTLET SALE MERCHANDISE IS FINAL SALE, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.Our return window will be extended for Christmas gift shopping beginning November 1st through January 15th.
Price Adjustment Policy: bella bliss® gladly honors a price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of the original purchase date. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.
bella bliss is not responsible for system errors that may result in a price change that differs from the listed sales price. We will evaluate each situation should it occur and provide a price adjustment if deemed appropriate.
Other: If a credit for the merchandise needs to be issued, a credit for the value of the returned merchandise will appear on the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For more information, please contact your credit card company.
NOTE: Please allow 5 - 7 days from the time your exchange/return is received by bella bliss® to be processed (plus shipping time).
TO EXCHANGE or RETURN a PRODUCT:
Complete and print the Return/Exchange Form (included in your shipment) and include it in your package to bella bliss®.
All exchanges will be credited against the original form of payment. A new order will then be placed and billed to the original form of payment unless requested otherwise.
Availability of a replacement item cannot be guaranteed, in which case you will receive an email or notification by phone.
Please be aware that it could take 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear.
