For a full refund or exchange, full priced merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase date. bella bliss® gladly accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective full priced merchandise, purchased by phone or online at bellabliss.com. bella bliss® reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
Full priced merchandise returned between 30 and 60 days of purchase date is eligible for exchange or bella bliss® account credit only. Beyond this period, items will not be accepted.
Sale merchandise can be returned within 30 days of date of purchase for exchange or store credit only.
Final Sale merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange (items ending in $.99, monogrammed items and outlet merchandise).
Shoes must be returned in original box and the box cannot be used as the return packaging.
All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a completed Returns & Exchanges Form. Incomplete forms will delay processing.
Returns and exchanges will be processed within 7-14 days of receipt (plus shipping time).

UPS Online Returns Portal: bella bliss® is pleased to partner with UPS to ensure quick, convenient return service. The cost of return shipping, $6.95 for any number of items, will be deducted from your refund or charged to the original form of payment. Please login to your online bella bliss® account and click on "Returns" under "Account Information" for more details.
Ship on Your Own: bella bliss® highly recommends using a courier such as UPS, USPS or FedEx which provides a tracking number for your shipment. Please insure the package. We will not be responsible for any packages lost in transit to our facility and will only assume responsibility once it arrives.
