Returns and Exchanges

bella bliss® will gladly accept exchanges or returns for merchandise that meet the following conditions:

  • Only items purchased at www.bellabliss.com or ordered via phone with our customer service representatives are eligible for a return or an exchange.
  • Merchandise must be exchanged/returned in its original condition and received WITHIN 21 DAYS OF THE INVOICE DATE. Orders exchanged/returned beyond this time period will not be accepted. bella bliss® reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
  • When shipping merchandise for an exchange or return, bella bliss® highly recommends using a courier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx which provides a tracking number for your shipment. bella bliss® will not be responsible for any packages lost in transit to our facility and will only assume responsibility once it arrives. If there are any discrepancies with your order, please call us at 1-866-846-5295 ext 6 M-F, 10am - 5pm EST.
  • Monogrammed iems are NOT returnable unless there has been an error on the part of bella bliss®.
  • All sale merchandise can only be exchanged or returned for store credit only, unless noted otherwise.

Price Adjustment Policy: bella bliss® gladly honors a price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of the original purchase date. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.

Other: If a credit for the merchandise needs to be issued, a credit for the value of the returned merchandise will appear on the original credit card used at the time of purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For more information, please contact your credit card company.

NOTE: Please allow 5 - 7 days from the time your exchange/return is received by bella bliss® to be processed (plus shipping time).

TO EXCHANGE or RETURN a PRODUCT: Complete and print the Return/Exchange Form (included in your shipment) and include it in your package to bella bliss®. All exchanges will be credited against the original form of payment. A new order will then be placed and billed to the original form of payment unless requested otherwise. Availability of a replacement item cannot be guaranteed, in which case you will receive an email or notification by phone. Please be aware that it could take 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear. Once completed send the form and merchandise to be exchanged or returned to the following address:

Perfect for all occasions, you may now select gift wrapping as an option at checkout. Simply check the 'gift wrapping entire order' checkbox at checkout. Your gift will arrive as shown in the photo below - complete with a bella bliss® signature bliss blue box adorned with bella bliss® tissue and sticker and finished with a white grosgrain ribbon. Please don't forget to personalize your message. This message will be hand written on our gift card perfectly embossed with the bella bliss® logo.
